Remove the spider , if the xbox frags then the motherbaord has been damaged !

Did you try to open up the holes inthe motherboard where the spiders legs go ?

Double check there is no part of a leg snapped of in any of the legs or anything else bridging / shorting on anything !

Some guys insert a needle or similar into the via ( very small hole in the xbox motherboard ) where the spiders legs are inserted ! as some motherboards have laquer in the vias which prevents the spiders legs from being pushed in to them.

And if the xbox FRAGS with the chip removed then the xbox motherboard has been damaged or something is bridged !
