I orinallly bought the smart xx v2 from a friend he only gave me the pinheaders with a few pins missing and the chip.  I did the LPC rebuild on the bottom side and then ran the wire from one of the bottom points to the DO point of the chip.  

Then i bought little pins from Radioshack that i used to replace the incomplete ones that i received and soldered each on separetly on the top LPC points like shown in the manual.  Then i aligned the chip and pressed down on it and it went in fine.

Now when i turn the xbox on it frags.  The chip turns on as i see the blue light but taht's it.  I want to make sure i'm doing this right before i resolder.  I just want to make sure i'm not missing something big.  Any help appreciated.  Thanks.
