Quickboot
Select the BIOS you want to directly boot, when starting your box with the Eject-Button.
Right now there is no display initialization when using the Quickboot function !
(use Timout Boot - with Default BIOS selection)

Timeout Boot
Set the time your SmartXX should boot the default bios (selected above)
when the box is turned on and no button will be pressed.
The countdown will be canceled when pressing any button.

I wouldn't enable them both.

Go into the setup on the SmartXX screen and configure your quick-boot options to your liking.

EDIT:  Damn!  bucko you beat me to it!  LOL.  With a bit more information I might add.

I set this up so my bios i want to directly boot is booted by the power button and not eject button but it boots with the power and eject and i cant get back into my smartxx os settings...why does this happen? i wanted it so i would directly boot by turning it on with the small power button then boot to the smartxx OS with the eject power button...

Probably because you chose eject and powr quick boot rather than just power.  If you want to get back in the os press power wait for your led to be red and then hit ej.
