Short and sweet, will the DuoX 2 GS allow me to to run unsigned code? My case: Slayer's Disc. I'm not a heavy tech expert, the description says:

Chips don't allow you to run anything. It's the BIOS you flash to the chip that enables you to run unsigned code etc.

The chip doesn't have a BIOS, it is used to store the Xbox BIOS - you have to flash your chosen Xbox BIOS onto the chip.

It's been five days, so I wanted to bump the topic. I'm just trying to find a final confirmation on this chip. I don't want to have to flash the BIOS, I just want a chip I can install, and boot Slayer's Disc. Thanks.

The problem is, shipping a modchip preflashed with hacked bios (like Evox or Xecuter) may be illegal in some areas/countries. Also, even if you get a modchip preflashed with bios (of any kind) they may be out of date or not be configured how you like. In my opinion just get a chip from litspliff and flash it yourself, that way you know you have the bios you want on it and it does exactly what you want it to do.

If the chip is a Blue DuoX then yes it will come with a bios on it that will run unsigned code and Slayers straight away without needing to flash it.
If you buy a white Duo it will come with Cromwell bios which will not run Slayers until it is re-flashed with a hacked bios.
The second chip you quoted will run Slayers straight off and is an easier way to start if you don't understand about re-flashing chips yet. You can still re-flash any of them at a later date should you want to customise anything
