Duox 2 Gs Cromwell/flashbios Edition

Yes, you can put that Flashbios on a DuoX2. You can also boot past a damaged eeprom with X2.5035, then rewrite the eeprom with Config Magic.

If your Xecuter X2.3 has Flashbios on one of its banks, you could boot to Flashbios, put X2.5035 on the other bank, then then boot X2.5035. (Obviously you could do the same thing with an external programmer, if you have one.)

If your X2.3 doesn't have Flashbios on one of its banks, then you can do the same thing with the DuoX2 - and again you might as well use X2.5035 and Config Magic.

That will only work if your buddy's Xenium has Flashbios, or X2.5035 on one of its banks, otherwise it will get stuck not booting past the missing eeprom. You could get to Xenium OS, but I'm not sure if that allows you to repair the eeprom..... I know that X3 Config Live does.

Alternatively, you could put (or hot swap) your chip into your buddy's Xbox and flash X2.5035 onto your chip.
