Yeah you have a bad solder connection on the chip to the motherboard.

can you temporarily remove the chip, or is this beyond your ability?

you need to see if it boots without the chip.

if it does, then it is a problem with the chip, bios image, or your chip install.

the good news being your xbox is still good.

 

if it still frags without the chip, then your mobo is most likely fcked.

 

what version mobo do you have?

I switched the chip, and it works like a shine again!
