The burn mark on the top of the board near the top of the rebuild board and the fact that all the LPC connections have peaked solder tips tells me your soldering iron is not hot/powerful enough. The solder is not correctly molten or flowed if it pulls peaks in the solder when withdrawing the iron, or causes a burn on the board due to having to hold the iron on the work piece too long.
Daft as it may sound more powerful irons (hotter tip temp) cause less burning and damage than underpowered irons.
The solution is the connections (all of them) need reflowing with a hotter airon so they have an even appearance and no peaks.
There are 2 solder splashes evident in the pictures as well.
