What Is The Best Bios For A White Duo X2?

hey, could yall post what your favorite bios is for a duo x2 and what you like about it? I have a white duo x2 and was wondering what the best flash for this would be. Also, I was wondering specifics on bios flashing of this chip. I just use evox? Nothing I have to do to the chip or board? just use evox and ftp in a bios? Please be very clear in your instructions so that I don't miss anything and others don't frag their chips. Thank you to all who post. Also, do I flash the second bank the same way as I flash the one for the "NOT" v1.6's?
