Duox2 Lite Flash Unwriteable

I've try to flash my DuoX2 lite with the flashing tool in evolutionX, and after 30% of writting, the process stall. I was forced to reboot the box and now my chip is dead! I've try to hotswap (at least 10x) with an another good chip and the evolutionx said that my Flash is unwriteable... Anyone can help me!!! There is a programmer for duox2 lite?
