I have installed a DuoX2 GS blue in my 1.6b.
Using bank 1 it boots the M8+. From what I read, bank 0 holds a bios which is useless for
my xbox, so I want to install the X2 5035 there instead, just to try it.

This is how I would proceed:
-Boot to evoxdash with switch in pos for bank 1
-Set switch to bank 0
-Flash X2 bios with tool in evoxdash

Is it this simple?

Can I use bank 0 to experiment with different bioses, and then just flik the switch to bank 1
if something goes wrong, and have a working bios there?

Is there a risk that I will overwrite bank 1 with the switch set to 0? (I am thinking maybe the
switch only selects starting address or something - I have not found anything about how this
works exactly...)

Off topic:
I have to give the power button a really short push to boot from the DuoX2 GS, or else it
will boot the MS one with a 05 error. Is there a way to fix this? I have no need for the original
setup.
