You're talking about the bios. There is already a hacked bios on the chip, you need to install the dashboard to the hard drive. Download slayers auto installer or AID3, burn to disc, load disc in xbox, and install the dashboard of your choice.

I know slayers and AID are floatin around on bittorent so search a torrent site for one (don't post the like here though becuase it will probably get yourself banned)
