Your going to have to check your install.  Even with the cromwell edition it should still boot to something ( the cromwell or flashbios screen depending on bank select) and not frag. Use a voltmeter and this link to help you determine the fault with the install http://www.xbox-scen...es/lpc-diag.php

Not TSOP flashing related.... moving to the appropriate forum

If your box was working and then fragged you may have a motherboard failure. With a softmod your box boots the original bios before it boots any other. You could have corrupted your bios but it could be hard to do with a softmod. Once you installed the chip and you know the job was done right...If it was the bios the your box would have booted. Double check your chip install but you may just have a paper weight.
