Duox2 Gs Missing In Action
« on: January 04, 2007, 09:49:00 AM »

Well, I was just fiddling around a bit and testing a few things when I suddenly noticed that the LED on the chip was flashing, but the light was extremely dim. The box booted 3 times and fragged. After I removed the power from the box and tried again the dim flashes are gone. When it worked I had d0 grounded directly to a screw, and BT was not jumped in any way.

So u got it sorted? Point is if its a case of FIDDLING AROUND as u say then maybe u need to sort the LPC/Soldering. If it is hit and miss then u need it sorting, Great if it works for now but u need a permanent fix.Sort it with a direct DO point.

Well, the d0 point does nothing but tell the xbox to boot from the LPC.  I can only think of checking for solder splashes and checking the d0 point.  Try troubleshooting guides to Duo X2.
