not exactly sure which banks, but one if flashbios and the other is eurasia.
you can use either banks to flash it with a different bios

depending on the bios you flash it with, you'll be able to backup your originals, ftp movies/photos into it, etc

You will need to flash the chip with a suitable 512k hacked bios on either bank to achieve the functionality you have seen advertised
