The white one is the cromwell version and the blue one is the regular DuoX 2 GS, both come with 2 banks. The white one(cromwell version) has these on the banks- bank 0= Cromwell bios, bank 1= Flashbios. The blue one(regular one) has these banks- bank 0= im not sure but i know its a pre-flashed bios, bank 1= evox bios. I recommed the blue one becuz you can always flashed your own bios onto it if you dont like the ones already on there.
