It sounds like, from what your saying, that the chip isnt getting any power....recheck the points and if you can get power to the chip then it should work. i just installed a DuoX2 chip on my xbox, and got everything working fine, but at first it wasnt getting any power, and i was getting the same outcome, but i re-checked where im supposed to be getting power to the chip from and then re-soldered it and it work perfectly for me. just a thought, not sure how it would work on that xbox, but it worked for me on mine.
