What bank are you flashing from and what process to flash are you using? Also what bios and what size?
What messages appear on screen whilst flashing? what happens after?

Completely ignore the above advice it is totally wrong.
What happens when you start flashing does the flash erase and then flash. does the progress bar come on the screen?

Just to let you all know I'm retarded.  I figured it out however I was unable to find the correct bios on the ftp server of you know who.  I had to google it and I found a torrent with a cd that had tons of xbox bios's on it and that did the trick.

how did you get the eurasia flash disk to work? i have tried everything. I tried burning to DVD and to CD/RW. Nothing works, I even followed chancer's advice and I got an original controller (the duke). Can anyone help me out?

Scratch that, i had to use DVD-r and I was using DVD+R.
