flip the switch to the other bank and reflash that way
just before you flash, however flip the switch back to the unuseable bank and reflash that one.
this way you still have a backup bank that still works

I must be doing something wrong!!!  When I power up on either bank, it frag 3x, and all I get is a blue screen!  I checked my wiring.  I'm totally lost!   sad.gif  sad.gif  sad.gif

I had that problem.  In my case, it was the fact that the DuoX wasn't seated on the header pins properly.  Wedge a small thin object between the IDE cable connector and the DuoX.  This should insure a good contact with the header pins.

I don't know if that is your problem, but it is something to try.

Why don't you ground the 'D0' wire to a screw hole and if it still frags then it's your lpc soldering.  If don't frag then probably something wrong with your flash, ie bad flash or worse bad chip. If your lpc soldering is bad don't just 'wedge something between IDE and chip' because that's only temp fix. You have to reflow the solder or something.
