Yes, there are two DO spots. One spot is on the top of the motherboard and the other is on the bottom. I don't know exactly where they are so you will have to find that out or wait for someone else to post.

Maybe I will find later and post it here.

Here is the one on the bottom of the motherboard:

And here is the other DO spot:

Did you cause any damage to your Motherboard or have any solder splashes.  Causes soldering the D0 wire to the wrong spot is not going to fry your system.  Just desolder your mistake and resolder in the correct spot.
With the D0 in the correct spot, can you boot with the chip disabled ok?  Cause if you can then your issue is on the LPC and not the D0 wire.

its all sorted we used an alternative do point on the bottom which was the sixth pin as shown on the diagram at the top, i am so stupid, then removing the do wire from the chip the small pad to solder to fell off :-( so we had to use an alternative do point on the chip aswell, we used a small piece of wire to poke through the tiny hole soldered it on the bottom then cut the wire on the top side of the chip and solderd the do wire to that, then the chip fired up when we switched it bk on its all good :-) thanks for the help and suggestions
