ok here's the scoop. I have gotten a error 7 xbox. the error stated it was hdd lag. I had gotten a new harddrive.. 120gb. also purchased tge blue duo. I have a 1.6 console.

I got it back from the guy who installed it for me..and now its fragging. it flashes 3 times green..then goes into a red and green loop. I get no audio..no video. the dvd tray doesn't pop out. what's wrong?

If thats the condition it came from the installer in take it back to him, hes obviously not done a good job!

The modder has not installed the chip correctly at all. Make him put it right or ship it to slimgrip if you want it doing correctly

hes no modder. it was a guy i work with whos been soldering for yrs. i was talking to a few people and they said anything from a broken tracer to d0 or the lpc rebuild wires didnt solder to the right points.

Cheers Chancer but i think hes Stateside(NJ) bit far & expensive to ship to UK & back.
Im no Expert with Duox2, only just started using these chips myself as Xecuters getting hard to find. Like em so far though.

Ask your workmate to take another look! He may not have rebuilt the LPC or it could be something as simple as a dry joint on the LPC.
As for the error 07 & the eject problem he may not have plugged everything back in as it should be.

Anyhoo get him to take a look

im gonna send it to a friend in north carolina here in the states. hes gonna take a look.

the guy had told me that sometimes when he was soldering the lpc they would pop off. so im assuming when he put it all back together the wires might have popped off.
