Duox X2 Problem - Loads Bios, No Backups

Hello,

I'v modded a v1.4 XBOX with the DuoX G2 modchip. If i power it up it shows me the changed bios screen (eather bleu or with the EvO logo) but when I insert my backup's they dont play, it says damaged/dirty disks. Normal disks play just fine.

What could be wrong?
