something on your rebuild may be messed up

i received a mother board from someone here and the rebuild had been done wrong

so i can no longer boot to the ms bios

If the LFrame (D0) trace or pad is damaged so it is open circuit then the retail bios will not boot, it will always boot the LPC mod. You need to repair the connections right back on both sides. Link the through print connections and solder  a wire from top lframe to underside lframe point.
