yea i bought it off ebay for 3 dollars......i dont care what version it is i just want to be able to ftp and have a dash and trainers........

Not official release it's not.
You need to boot the xbox with the chip enabled and Slayers in the drive. Experience with error 13 and the X" 5035 bios says you may have problems coldbooting the autoinstaller,
I did a load of tests on the new X2 bios and creating different scenarios a while ago.
M8+ coldbooted the autoinstaller every time.

you should be fine with slayers like that
just  put it in the drive and reboot the machine, it will boot from the dvd rom and run slayers
install your dash/apps and be happy
