More info needed. Does the machine still boot the retail bios? Do you mean the box does not power up at all?

I know it may be annoying, but open up your box and first make sure ALL of your connections are plugged in fully, especially the big one between the power supply and the mother board.  It has a tendancy to appear plugged in when looking at it from the top.  If that doesn't work, disconnect all the plugs and reseat them.   That will probably fix it.
