Boot up Bank 0.
You will need Eurasia to flash from that bank.
Insert the eurasia disc Follow the on screen instructions. When it asks you to insert the bios disc, use a tooth pick or similar to flick the bank switch to bank 1. Insert the bios disc and the flash will go over bank 1
