I have a Xbox 1.1 with a Duo-x chip. My chip works well and i boot's on both banks. I have shorted BT to pin9 and D0 to ground for always on. The problems are:

1. My CD-tray eject by it self, and then goes in, stops half way, go out, and in, and starts to play the dvd, then after 1-3 mins eject and so on.. on random. What is this??? The eject button does not work. But I can turn on the xbox with it, so it's connected.

2. After 15 mins my box stops running programs, and when i reboot it frags. then when i let it cool down it starts ok. I have understod It's not a bad BT or D0 fault but maybe a LPC problem. But I have now resoldered 10 times, and also removed all the tinn and applied new, still same trouble.

Can I have got a poor chip?

Or is it a poor solder somewhere?
