Do you get to / past the flubber with modchip enabled / disabled?

its a corrupt eeprom. i can try and recover it, or at the very least, i can flash a new one for you.

but it's out of the range of the duo's abilites...

Not sure if this is a cromwell chip, but if it is you should be able to boot to flashbios or cromwell and from there either flash a bios with an embedded eeprom, or flash flashbios unauthorized and use the eeprom flashing menu item to flash an empty eeprom that should at least get you back up and running again.
