Sounds like you didn't do a good enough job soldering.  I would suggest redoing your solder work.  Your D0 seems fine, so just redo your LPC, and possibly your female pinheader

Well I failed mind reading 101 so without pictures I can't exactly see what your work looks like.  BUt as I said you D0 seems to be working, as well as the BT.  So I would redo your LPC...... the whole thing.  Your problems lay in one of those points...... or a solder splash somewhere else.

If you are putting your board at risk by resoldering it then you definitely don't have the skills required and you should take it to a pro so you don't ruin your board.
  If you don't want advice then dont ask, but everyone will agree to redo the entire LPC until all of your solder joints are perfect.
