ok i was flashing it on bank 1 which is the 3.03 cromwell verson and it stoped flashing so i turned of the xbox and now bank 1 frages can i flash it with 2.32 and if so how to

you need a dash first otherwise your still gonna get a 13 like me

You can re-flash using bank 0 but not via HTTP.
You will need a linux flash utility called Eurasia.
Burn the Eurasia ISO to disc and also make up a bios disc with your 512k hacked bios on it named bios.bin.
Also on it should be a dummy file 100mb or so named aabbcc.dat
Burn this disc as a plain old data disc.
Insert the Eurasia disc after booting from bank 0.
When it tells you to insert the bios disc, first flick the switch on the duo with a toothpick or non metallic object over to bank 1.
This way the flash will go over bank 1 (The fragged one) and still leave Bank 0 intact if there is a problem
