Well started watching mash reruns and did some soldering. Here is what is happening at the moment.
Hitting power button starts off with 2-3 green , then fragging red/green
Hitting eject results in a green flash, then fraggin red/green
No video.
And on bank 0 on duo chip. Still no led on the duo chip.
With modchip removed, video works and loads to ms bios.
So from this here is what I am thinking...
http://www.fixnchipz.co.uk/page12.htmlsays if eject led flashes red/green that d0 and bt are fine.
Heres my question.
Lpc is still messed up? The lpc seems alright to me, good contact on each point.
How come the led on the modchip shows no signs of life?
The only thing I can think of doing is taking out a working chip out of my own xbox and trying it on this one.
If it works then this duo chip is dead right? If not then its time to buy a desoldering braid.
Any thoughts/comments lemme know.

Definitely check your lpc soldering, and definitely check your soldering on he female header on the chip itself...
Check the 5v, 3.3v and GND lpc lines especially; if yo're not getting a red flashing led, the chip isn't getting power or BT isn't properly connected.
