Hello you should`nt have bt to ground you want bt to the eject button put d0 to ground if you want the chip on all the time.

he means he had BT soldered to point G on the Duo Diagram.(For always on mode)
There appears to be a problem with the LPC connections. Re-flow the solder then connect BT to the correct spot or back to point G (pin 9)

sorry my mistake,I miss guessed the G thing,

as chancher said check LPC solders re-check them then check them again,

I`ve always put BT to the eject try it if it works your good .

Awsome.  Turns out the bank switch is just dodgy.  After moving it back to bank 0 it worked with the xecuter bios.  

I moved it back to 1, then zero again and it didn't work.  Just have to push it back quite hard.

glad to have my xbox up and running again.  Thanks for the help.
