OK heres what I did!  

1st did you flash it?  IF not here: http://www.hackdabox...2_Flashing.html (I had to use the "Eurasia" flash disk.)

Then you can "boot" a self-installer like "slayers auto installer" (usuall places) to put the dashboard on.
I used "x-disk".  Then I swapped and deleted some apps on the hd with the "midnight com ander"(xboxhdm)
which you woul not have to do.

So to summarize:  Flash then install dashboard.

2green, he said he has a Blue DuoX2, so he doesn't need to flash the chip.... it comes pre-flashed.

DOwnload yourself an autoinstaller (Slayers, Auto Installer Deluxe, etc), burn it to CDRW or DVD and use that to install your dashboard and you are set.

You don't need to reflash the bios at all.
The quote means if you wish to reflash the chip you can do it through the evoxdash.
