Ok ive been reading everywhere and trying to flash this chip all day and I have about 14 other chips I have to flash .. well anyway to the point.. Ive never used these chips before but have used flashbios with the xecuter ,Ive wasted at least 15 cdr's now on bios's disc  ive tried 100meg 200meg 300 meg and 400 megs dummy files ,the bios is a 256kb EvoX1.6 bios (I am Installing on a 1.6 system) basically I am putting the disc in and it is detecting the disc but not the bios like it will say Cd Rom Label - (whatever I named the Disc)
Ive tried different controllers as Ive read that sometimes that effects it , Anybody have any idea why it wont detect the bios?

Well be happy you didn't get it to work or you would have wasted a bios bank and had to reflash it.  You need to use a 512k bios.  follow team executers guide for making a bios disc.  you need to rename the bios file to bios.bin and make sure joilet it turned off

Too Late, guess I gotta hotswap ,I cant find a damn 512kb Bios .... all I can find are 256kb's anybody have the link to the tut on making a bigger bios ie. 256kb x 2
