What's The Diff?
« on: June 19, 2006, 12:06:00 PM »

Ok. Please excuse my newbiness, (and the occasional accidental typo - my laptop sucks), but I have searched the deepest and darkest corners of the internet and have found nothingg. Every site about this chip has absolutely NO faq's and I'm starting to get pissed off. Now please, for me, for all the newbs on this site, for my Xbox and for the common good, what the hell is the difference between a blue X2 and a Cromwell one? Someone on this forum told me that it's only good for xbox linux and can't run ANY homebrew, modchip.com was absolutely no help at all, and I'm all out of places to turn. Just tell me... Can I FTP and run homebrew shit on it? Cause if I can't, then that's a $20 money order sent to France for nothing.

Thanks for your time, sorry for being a noob, I just like to know what I'm getting into before I'm knee deep in shit.

buy whatever is cheaper.  Flashing a white duoX2 takes about 60 sec. to do.  And I like to put X2 5035 on their anyways which the blue ones don't come with

biggrin.gif Deee-duh-DEE! Whoopse, guess I didn't see that... Thanks. Oh, and just a random thought, the www.teamxecuter.com url doesn't work for me, it's one of those lame-o browser hijacker wannabe things. Maybe you should try www.team-xecuter.com because that one works for me. Just saying. But thanks, you were a huge help.
