What's The Difference Between White And Blue Gs?

Thanks Sick, the white one has a Linux based BIOS that is custom developed and the blue one has a hacked MS BIOS is my understanding.

Why would I choose one over the other? Can I do something with one and not the other? And which is the most mainstream? The white is also cheaper to buy than the blue one. Why?
