Well nevermind I don't need to know the answer to this question now because I destroyed the board putting in the chip.  It was my first 1.6 install and it went terrible.  I accidentally pulled the wrong pins in the lpc wasn't paying a lot of attention.  So I had to desolder it and then try again.  Then It just fragged on me so I desoldered the whole thing took chip completely out and it still frags, so I guess it is trash.  Wow I am an idiot.

Now you see why people pay professionals to do it for them.  And xbox is a costly mistake.  Take it to an expert and see if they can repair it for you.

you don't learn anything taking it to "professionals" someone told me what to do and I got it up and running in 45 minutes.  That is what this site is great for.
