hello i have loaded my duox2 (white) chip with evox bios it loads copied games but still loads mcrosoft dashboard how do i put a new dashboard on as i want to be able to use evo x dash i have tried to load auto instal dullux 3 but my xbox wont read the disk i have a phillips drive and the normal hdd and i need 2 relock the hdd so i can boot up as the origional xbox 4 stuff such as live what do you sugest is there a way 2 ftp wiv just the evo x bios

No you will need a dash installed already with FTP or get an autoinstaller/boot disk working...Try different medias, thats all I can say.

my xbox will read the cdrw that im using but only if its music it doesnt wont to load them if it is dashboard software it says the disk you may be using may be dirty or dmaged please make sure it is a xbox game ....

anyboady know why this may be i just cant seem to get my head round why it  isnt working

DOwnload slayers or AID to install a dashboard.  follow their instructions on how to burn a proper XBox disc.

iv burnt aid 3 to disk it loads up and has got aid 3 where microsft normally is then it flicks to the MS version and doesnt load

it wont bo0ot the slayer 1 either but it will but the eurasia disk and i can change bios along with xbox linux aswell is there any way 2 get a dash on using a different method

You should be focusing your efforts on why you can't get your loader discs to play.  You need to figure out what you are doing wrong.  Is it your burning method, the media you use, etc.  Solve that issue and you don't need to be asking about other ways to install a dashboard

i know but iv tried using nero,alcohol %120 and dvd dycrepter and non of them work thta is when i burn the iso to disc the discs im using will boot up when eurasia or xbox linux is on them but not when slayer or aid 3 are on them it looks like it is about to boot up then it will just sit at the black screen with the MS xbox logo on (the 1 just as a game is baout to load)

so im kinda out of ideas on how to burn them i was going to try to put evox or 1 of them on the disc on its own if any body knows how top do this and would like to help please post or contact me on msn  [email protected]

Look at the quotes in bold.
How have you managed to back up your games then? No FTP or alternate dash?
