Looks like your MS Dash is gone. It might be on AID or SlaYer's
Also make sure your UnleashX is named evoxdash.xbe and the MS Dash is named xboxdash.xbe

Lock the hard drive.
The retail bios will not boot an unlocked drive

Thank you sir that is what the issue was.  I was going to try that the other day but thought I had the original drive locked so that couldn't be it.  But I forgot I unlocked it.  The information you guys share here is priceless.      It is most unforunate that xbox's are no longer on sale because this ruins a very helpful group of people.
