What warning messages is it telling you?

Now you can see why we say not to use the rebuild board, they cause headaches.  It is very hard to see if you have solder bridging traces in the half-moons of the rebuild board.  And they are a pain to remove.

Unplug both hardrdive and dvd drive., and turn it on again., see if the system goes in to the warning message right away.. !
