Help Installing Blue Duox2.

Well, I've installed the chip to the pin header (Running on a 1.6a mobo), the pin header into the mobo, the lpc rebuild chip into the pinheader (bottom of the mobo) and have my D0 and BT connections wired correctly (as far as I know) and when I start the Xbox with the power button (Mind you, I don't have my HDD or DVD drive plugged in, don't think I need em, do I?) it just spasms out colors (power/eject board light, not TV) and if I use the eject button the power/eject board light flashes red and green. Anyone know what todo? =/

BT and D0 sound fine. The problem is bad connections/soldering to the LPC or rebuild board
