resolder you lpc
there is about 3 pins that arent making connection becuase the solder is just on the pin and didnt flow on the lpc

and you also set it up wrong
you soldered the part that goes on the chip on the mother board

New solders... same problem,
this time however chip LED is on.... but I get the frag.
when I boot with the eject button, boots normally.

is there any possiblity that I have damaged the chip?

On the bottom of your board I see at least 3 different solder splashes.  2 look harmless, but one looks like it might be bridging 2 traces.  Get rid of ALL splashes cause the others may come loose one day and short something while moving around in the xbox.  Also make sure you d0 exposes wire is kept short so that it is only on the d0 via.  Can't really tell from the pic of it is touching anything else.

top left and bottem right could still use a little more solder to help it flow cause it looks like its just resting on the point not really connecting with it

check in the duox tutorials at the top of this frorum and look for my install video it should help you out
