not to sure about that bios, but what is the size of that bios?
each bank of the duox2 is 512kb in size

the other bank is the easiest way to flash now (eurasia).
if that isn't working, you might have to hotflash

Don't waste bank 0.  Boot up bank 0 (Cromwell), and before flashing it flip the switch to bank 1 so it reflashes bank 1.  That way if it doesn't work, you can try again using bank 0.  This will save you from having to hotswap if you use the wrong bios on the 2nd try
