Duox 2 Chip Install (white)- V1.6 Xbox, No Video Display

I believe you may need the standard AV cable. I remember reading that you can have trouble flashing using the HD cable.  Borrow a standard AV cable from a buddy for a day to test it out.    Cause one of your banks will work just fine with a 1.6

I don't much much about the DuoX2 chips but i will try and help wink.gif

You have 2 choices ...

(1) Use a friend !
Grab a standard AV cable from a friend and use that untill you flash your BIOS.

OR

(2) Do it blind !
Download DVD Decrypter from ( www.HackDaBox.com in the downloads section ) and unrar it using WinRar ( www.rarlabs.com ) and now install it. Download Eurasia from ( www.HackDaBox.com in the downloads section ) and unrar it using WinRar ( www.rarlabs.com ). Right click on the Eurasia.iso and choose Open With - DVD Decrypter. Insert a DVD-R or CDRW. DVD-R works best on all models but CDRW works on most. Don't use cdr as they don't work on xbox. Choose 1X Write speed and click burn.

Now boot your xbox. Insert the Eurasia Disc. Wait 30 seconds if nuthing happens press A. When the tray opens insert your BIOS Cd.  Your BIOS cd should have a compatible bios and must be 512k in size. Your BIOS cd should also contain a dummy file to fill the cd up a bit to make the xbox dvd-rom happy. Don't press close. The tray will close. The flash process is automatic.

As well as needing the standard video cable you also need the standard mS controllers as well.
Even some of the S type (mS) controllers do not work.
