Yes, you can, but you need to solder d0 to pin 4 on the chip (this is the pin you should have left unsoldered when you soldered the female header; sticks through the hole on the chip) and BT to pin 9. If you removed pin 4 when you soldered the female header though, you're SOL
NOTE: This will result in an always on install; if you want to be able to disable the chip, you need to solder BT to the BT point on the motherboard or back of the p/e board.
