Check your soldering.  99.9% of fragging is from bad soldering.  Use a mgnifying glass and check for cross wiring.  Assume anything that looks questionable is cross wired and desolder and fix it.  
  Basically just check every solder you did and make sure it is perfect.

Also a little hint.  You may want to desolder the lpc points that look like they may be a bad joint, then resoldering them.  Most people don't have a hot enough iron to reflow the joint.

dunno why you would say most people dont have a hot enough iron to reflow the solder
my 15watt iron will, you just gotta keep the tip clean and let it warm up first. I have seen TOO many hopefull modders dive in with a 30/60 watt iron and just obliterate traces like so much vapor.

anyway, definately check your lpc just run the pins again reheating them as best you can. you may also want to check your solder on the pin header to the chip since on the duox 2 you have to attach it there as well, its one more place you can make a bad (cold solder)joint.
