i disabled the chip and it still doesnt have sound.

f. what shall i search for?

Triple check the av cable and the tv set. Then get a magnifying glass and a good torch and spend a few hours examining not glancing at the motherboard. You have splashed some solder or flicked a ball of solder onto the motherboard somewhere and it can take agers to find. It may be bridging 2 legs of an ic or it could be joining 2 vias etc.

Once the solder is removed the xbox should work fine with sound again !

Try and connect them with wire, not just solder.  might make it easier.

Find someone in your area that can solder.  You might need to put a dot of flux on the board to get the solder to stick.  Tin the board, tin the wire, then touch together and heat for a second and they will stick.
