lets try this

if the chip was flashing red that means that it was working
it should boot to the cromwell bios/flash bios if this is the first time being booted with the mod
if when it was on and just showed the default dash then the d0 (<- D zero) is most likely the problem

if the chip is flashing and the front eject light is also flashing red and green (frag) then there is a soldering error somewhere and it needs to be fixed

i forgot well my xbox was  bad tsop flashed before i install the chip and im not sure is D0 the problem or is a solder or the chip not work for me because before i install the chip it was flashing red and green no boot to m$ dash (only in my dreams) if some of those tricks not work for me im gonna prepare the shootgun and kill my self for christmas , 4 days trying to fix the holy box..no xbox no life....
