Its not reading the eurasia disc. It tells you in writing on the screen what steps its going through. Try different media or a different burning program for the Eurasia disc.
make sure you have not burned the eurasia ISO as a data disc.

Hey all,

Thanks for all your help. It was the cd that wasn't working. Created dvdr's and they work fine. It's been a good learning experience tho. Up until now, I have installed 3 executor 3's on 1.6 xboxes and used the ftp to flash. Last night I put one of the duox chips on a 1.4 and got some first hand experience with the hassles of d0...lol. The 3.03 flash utility worked on it and I flashed a 1.6 bios on it, which i will remove and install in a 1.6. I have done tons of tsop's, but im pretty inexperienced with chips. The last couple days were kind of stressful and made me think I need a calmer hobby like knitting.

marymary.... how did you created a bios with m8plus and resized to 512 for your xbox.
i have v1.0 with duox2 white.  i have evtool & the evox m8plus iso image. i tried different bios
but can't get it to work.

Sam,

There is a special "modified" m8 bios. the non-modified wont work with evtool. "This version only works with modified M8 ROM files which are pre-patched for
LBA48 and IGR. You will have to look for these in the usual palaces. Future
versions may handle non-pre-patched M8 files." Thats from the readme file of evtool.
