Problems With Duo X2

OK your original problem was most likely that when you soldered the BT wire to the point behind the eject button it was hitting on the metal shield around it but jumpering the 2 points was not the right course of action !

Remove the BT wire from behind the eject button and re-test the xbox. Does the eject button work now ? if not remove the modchip and bt and d0 ... only leave the headerpin installed. and retest and report back here !

If the eject button works fine now then solder the BT wire to the alternate pont onthe bottom of the motherboard ( leave the area behind the eject button alone with nothing connected to it )

Here is the BT point for older motherboards !

search ebay for a new power/eject panel. Search the tutorials on xbox-scene for a power led replacement as it has instructions on how to access the power/eject switch and you can replace it !

Maybe try swapping yours with a mates forst to see if that fixes the problem !
