Rip The Metal Bt Patch Off A Doux White.

i think i fix the bt but now my 1.6 frags and has a blank screen.


a lil help please.

Hello !

 Here is a pic showing you an alternate place you can solder the bt wire too.

 You will have to use wire wrap for this ... don't use wire the size of garden hose use wire wrap and only strip a few mm's of coating then tin the end of the wire and hold it in place and then jab the end of the wire with your hot and cleaned and tinned iron.

Is this a Duo X2 blue or White or Lite ?

There are a few things to check:

BIOS RELATED:
If it's a blue then flick the switch on the chip to bank 1. If it's a white then try flicking the switch. If it's a lite then the bios is ok.
 
REBUILD RELATED:
Did you use one of those crappy rebuild boards ? if yes have fun removing it with solder wick / braid.  Now rebuild this time using wires ( wire wrap ).

The picture and all the deatils fro this are sat right at the top of this forum. next time search a bit (its not difficult) instaed of expecting to be spoon fed.
Does nobody read the pinned guides etc.

Double check your rebuild... Make sure you didn't miss any points/etc... also make sure your soldering on the female header on the chip is good as well.
